Phyl is a management consulting professional and the founder of RDI. He is an active member of the Richmond speech and debate community, and is responsible for RDI student programs and events. 

Meredith assists in summer camp management, and is an elementary school teacher at Chesterfield County. 

Kayleigh is an advertising professional and responsible for RDI's marketing and social media.

Zach is the Assistant Speech and Debate Coach of the University of Richmond, and a philosophy graduate.

Varun is a dual-degree scholar at Columbia University and Science Po University, and an active member of the British Parliamentary debate team. 

Shenan attends the University of Virginia, studying philosophy and biology, and an active member of the UVA Parliamentary debate team. 

Avery is a competitive policy debater at the University of Mary Washington and former nationally competitive LD debater. 

Katy is a student at the University of Rochester Eastman School of Music, and a former Virginia state LD debate champion. 

Ethan is a Political Science major at Davidson College with a minor in Anthropology. He plans on beginning his career in law and public policy in the coming years.

Chrysanna has been a dedicated middle school mentor for the past two years, and is an active member of her high school's speech and debate club.

Jack is an active debate coach, a former TOC qualifier, and a student at Florida State University. 

Maggie is the captain of Clover Hill High School's debate team and a notable debate competitor.
